Job Description:
Your primary responsibility will be connecting buyers and sellers, providing expert advice, and guiding clients throughout the sales process. To attend the boats show where we have yachts on display. Pay is commission based only.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including yacht owners, potential buyers, and industry professionals.
- Assist clients in determining their needs and preferences when buying or selling a yacht.
- Organize and coordinate yacht viewings, inspections, and sea trials for potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and a successful outcome for all parties involved.
- Attend industry events, boat shows, and networking functions to promote the Passport Yachts and expand your professional network.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Yacht Broker or in a similar sales role.
- In-depth yachting industry knowledge, including yacht specifications, market trends, and sales processes.
- The company is based in Annapolis, MD. Relocation to Annapolis is not a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
